Aisling Bea
Aisling B a is born on 16 March, 1984. She was born in Kildare Ireland. She has been featured on QI, with Stephen Fry. Aisling O'Sullivan, better known as her stage name Aisling Bea (born on 16 March 1984), is an Irish actress, writer and comedian. Bea started her professional career in stand-up comedy in 2011 after playing small roles she appeared on Irish and British television dramas starting in 2009. In 2012, she was frequently appearing on sketch comedy shows as well as sitcoms. In 2012, she began appearing on panel shows after winning an award at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards. In 2016 and 2017, she was part of the 8 Out of 10 Cats' team, in addition to being a performer of the 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown spinoff. She is the daughter of Brian and Helen O'Sullivan. Sinead, her sister, was also born. In 2012, she was awarded the So You Believe You're Funny Award for the second time. She uses the surnamed Bea in honor of her deceased father. Aisling Cliodhnadh, O'Sullivan is the daughter of a Kildare born girl. Her birth date was March 16th 1984. Her father Brian was a veterinarian who worked with horses that committed suicide when she was just three years old. But, she was not aware of the cause of her death until 13 years later. In 2017 she composed an essay for The Guardian about the suicide of her father's relatives and took on the stage name Bea in tribute. Bea was raised with her younger sister Sinead and her mother Helen Moloney. Helen is a secondary teacher, jockey trainer as well as a former professional racer. Their family was enthralled by race meetings and horses. When she was a child, Bea worked as a tour guide at the Irish National Stud however she was aware from an early stage that she was not attracted to the race industry as a job, and enjoyed performing.
